CPIP members who did debugging for the party get a special red helmet for free. It just appears in your inventory if you want to know were it is.

Step 1: If you did you did CPIP you can do this.
Step 2: Go to your penguins profile.
Step 3: Look through your inventory.
Step 4: Put it on once you found it.
